Spirit of Importunity
And he said unto them,
Which of you shall have a friend,
And shall go unto him at midnight,
And say unto him,
Friend, lend me three loaves;
For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me,
And I have nothing to set before him?
And he from within shall answer and say,
Trouble me not:
The door is now shut,
And my children are with me in bed;
I cannot rise and give thee.
I say unto you,
Though he will not rise and give him,
Because he is his friend,
Yet because of his importunity
He will rise and give him as many as he needeth.
And I say unto you,
Ask, and it shall be given you;
Seek, and ye shall find;
Knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
For every one that asketh receiveth;
And he that seeketh findeth;
And to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Spirit of Importunity
And he spake a parable unto them to this end,
That men ought always to pray,
And not to faint;
Saying, There was in a city a judge,
Which feared not God, neither regarded man:
And there was a widow in that city;
And she came unto him, saying,
Avenge me of mine adversary.
And he would not for a while:
But afterward he said within himself,
Though I fear not God, nor regard man;
Yet because this widow troubleth me,
I will avenge her,
Lest by her continual coming she weary me.

Spirit of Importunity
Here I am again, Lord!
Hunting You down!
Can You hear me pounding on Heaven’s Door?!
I am in hot pursuit of my Lord!
Like the persistent widow!
Knocking! Knocking! Knocking!
Morning, noon, and midnight!
I am Your Friend!
Are You listening?
Relentless, I am!
Again, and again.
Calling! Chasing! Bidding!
I will not rest.
Therefore, I will not allow You to Rest.

Is Jesus and souls!
Fulfilling their Kingdom Calls
In Divine Alignment and
Divine Rhythm!
In Jesus’ Name I prophesy
Our nation, state, and cities
Will have the Greatest Revival
Ever known in history!
The fields are white unto harvest.
I prophesy laborers into the fields!
Your Kingdom
Our churches
Baptized with the Holy Ghost and Fire!
When prayer is not a chore but a delight!
And fasting is a way of life!
Spirit of Importunity
Old men dream dreams
Young men see visions
Daughters prophesy
Children weep for souls
Mothers in Israel travail for spiritual babes!
Prodigals return.
Souls ache for Truth.
Lord?
Where are the intercessors?!
Who is persistent in their cry unto Heaven?!
Give us, I pray!
The spirit of importunity!!!
Confess your faults one to another,
And pray one for another,
That ye may be healed.
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are,
And he prayed earnestly that it might not rain:
And it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
And he prayed again,
And the heaven gave rain,
And the earth brought forth her fruit.
James 5:16-18
Let us be truly righteous!
May our prayers be effective!
Fervent!!!
Persistent!!!
