8 “Behold, I go forward, but he is not there,
and backward, but I do not perceive him;
9 on the left hand when he is working, I do not behold him;
he turns to the right hand, but I do not see him.
10 But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.

Job 23:8-10

Probably most of us

Have been in that spot

Where we don’t know where we are headed.

However.

I have found the most difficult spot is not simply where am I?

But where is God!?!

Yes. We have all had that moment

When our prayer did not go beyond the ceiling.

Difficult for sure.

Yet that is not what I speak of.

Right now it’s one of those things

Where words do not seem adequate.

I can say for sure

My spiritual breath was taken away.

I would rather die than not have Jesus!

I could handle the storm.

But WHERE was the Master of the storm?

He knew where I was going

I was being tried like gold

To be Known

Had to be enough.

5 You hem me in, behind and before,
and lay your hand upon me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me;
it is high; I cannot attain it.

Psalms 139:5-6

Known. know.

That the King of Glory

Was mindful of me

Brought me great peace!

Then Job answered the LORD and said:
4 “Behold, I am of small account; what shall I answer you?
I lay my hand on my mouth.
5 I have spoken once, and I will not answer;
twice, but I will proceed no further.”

Job 40:3-5

Ohh! The Awe that fills one soul!

Often there are no words to say.

God is great and greatly to be praised!

There is no one like Him and none beside Him!

How can He be so mindful of me!

Then Job answered the LORD and said:
2 “I know that you can do all things,
and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted.
3 Who is this that hides counsel without knowledge?’
Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand,
things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.

Job 42:1-3

8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD.
9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Isaiah 55:8-9

He knows the way that I am to take.

It is not for me to question.

Only trust explicitly.

His Way is above my ways.

Open my eyes!

That I may see

YOU, The Almighty!

See Your World

Be aware of Your Work

Do Your Will

I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear,
but now my eye sees you;

Job 42:5

I want to see You Jesus!

In all Your Glory!

In all Your Splendor!

Like never before

Open my eyes that I may see!

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

Psalms 91:1-2

In that heart wrenching moment

Broken, beyond words

One element kept me

The Intimate Relationship

The Almighty and I had been building for years😊

No one else mattered

I did not need the storm to end

All I longed for

Was my Beloved!

I knew my Beloved

Sees where I am

And in the end

He would show up again!

Lord Jesus

I ask that You help the readers today

No matter where they are now

Or where they find themselves tomorrow

You are already there

And whether they feel you or not

You know the way that they take

Help them recognize

You are worth it all

An Intimate Relationship

Is all they really need

In the storms of life

Today let them recognize

Prayer is more than discipline

That nothing else

No one else

Really Matters

But YOU!

In Jesus name I pray Amen
