I Beg of You

I Beg of You

I plead with you!

I plead with you, brother.

I plead with you, sister.

I Beg of You

woman wiping her eyes

Do not quit!

Do not give up!

Do not waver!

The enemy comes

Like a flood

To discourage our prayers☹

Telling us we have prayed enough

Speaking lies

That says fasting is a waste☹

I Beg of You!!!

Whether you have prayed a day

A month or a year

Or like me many years…

Your tears are not wasted.

The Almighty has captured every one of them☹

And bottled them up.

Do not stop believing!

Yes, my friends.

The day will come

Again, I say, the day will come

The Lord will pour out our tears.

I Beg of You

Trust

Have faith

May hope be renewed

Your loved ones will submit to Jesus😊

They will forsake false easy religion.

We must continue to believe!

The one that you pray for

Will embrace Truth!

They will surrender wholly unto God😊

It is their reasonable service!

I Beg of You

I plead for their case with you.

When they lay in bed

With tears soaking their pillow

In their own way

They plead with God

That you will not cease to pray on their behalf☹

We must stand in the gap!

Every Sinner bound…

Prodigals struggling to return…

The lukewarm on the church pew

Who cannot figure out how to stay hot for Jesus…

You who prays!

You who fast!

You who weeps between the altar and the pew!

I Beg of You

We must continue.

He looks for a man

One who will stand in the gap

The individual that will make up the hedge

The Watchmen and the gatekeeper

We cannot be distracted!

We cannot be weary in well doing!

When we weather our own storm

We must keep our eye on the Master.

I fight the brokenness even now.

The weeping that interrupts my writing.

I Beg of You

I understand.

We have addressed the strongman.

We have encountered the dark side.

We have asked the Lord

To dispatch angels on our behalf.

We wait!

We wonder!

We weep!

We ask the Lord how long☹

Then we ask forgiveness

For questioning His Timing.

Some of you will remind me…

That everyone as their own free will.

And my answer to you now is as it were before

The heart of an intercessor

Cannot let go☹

They have their days

When they wonder

If their prayer even gets to the Throne Room

But the burden does not go away☹

They find themselves awake in the night…again

They push away from the table one more meal.

They struggle.

They weep!

But they cannot let go!

Even nations they have never been to…

Souls they have never met…

Prodigals they have only heard of…

And then it is the territory in which they live…

The family they were born into…

And their own household…

Yet the camels of His Church

The burden bearers

The intercessors

Continue to carry the loads

Over the next hill

Through the next valley

Even swim across streams and rivers

But through their own brokenness

In the middle of their own struggles

They will continue to carry the Kingdom Burdens!

I Beg of You

Whatever nation, state, or city

The Lord has laid on you

Do not let it go!

Until His Work is Perfected.

Whoever the Sinner is

However, many prodigals there are

Do not give up!

Do not throw in the towel!

Ask for Divine Strength!

But whatever you do

I plead with you

For their cause

Do not quit!!!

I BEG OF YOU!
