I have often been asked
What do I pray?
How do I engage?
Can I grow/mature in my way of prayer?
Yes! Yes!
Today I am going to endeavor to share
At least the basics😉
I will put in parentheses
Knowledge, I have gained from others.
Scriptures I have learned to pray.
Honestly.
The Lord is great at helping me😉
Prayer Patterns
- We begin with praise and worship!
Always in Awe that we are approaching
The Almighty God, Jesus!
4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving,
And into his courts with praise:
Be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psalms 100:4
- Plead the Blood
Over every part of your life and being
To cover the day that is set before us
Upon family, ministry, churches, etc.
13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are:
And when I see the blood, I will pass over you,
And the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you,
When I smite the land of Egypt.
Exodus 12:13
Prayer Patterns
- Repentance!!!
When you begin your journey
Repentance is basic and all encompassing.
Once we have been living for Jesus
Repentance gets deeper.
Much more specific.
It is the Key that unlocks the Door to power and authority!
Detail living comes into focus.
Anything that is NOT of His Nature.
Requires true repentance.
Whew! That’s a lot!
Words spoken, better not.
Disciplines that did not happen.
(prayer, fasting, Word, etc.)
“Create in me a clean heart…” (Psalm 51)
“Repent, then, and turn to God…” (Acts 3:19)
“For godly grief produces a repentance…” (II Corinthians 7:10)
“Every way of a man is right in his own eyes…” (Proverbs 21:2)
May the Lord examine my inward parts!

Wholly! Completely!
Body, mind, soul, and spirit!
Miracle eyes to see as He sees.
Miracle ears to hear/know His Voice.
Miracle nose…for the spiritual realm has scent.
Miracle mouth; to speak His Words.
Miracle hands/feet to minister to the world.
Submitting our heart
That we might Know His Heart.
Yielding our emotions
To be channeled for His Purpose.
Being God Conscious
Not self-conscious.
Surrender and Obedience!

Means I am in the right place and the right time😉
This is the Law of Alignment and Rhythm.
- Pray on your Armor! Every day!
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God,
That ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
But against principalities, against powers,
Against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
Against spiritual wickedness in high places.

- Our loins gird about with Truth (v. 14)

- Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done

All that I am.
All that YOU would have me to be.
All those I love.
All of my prayers!
